Ghostly Journey 4 Dinner @ The Catfish Plantation. Went with my MeetUp group and we had a blast! What an awesome group of women! I laughed so hard and really enjoyed myself. 9 of us attended and since this was my first event I was so nervous. In the beginning. But that was so short lived. I can't believe what a good time I had. Wooooo! :) The food was dee-lish but it was more about the experience for me. I had the Aloha Chicken since I wanted to eat out but still maintain my WW points. It was mmmm, mmmmm good. :) I am so glad that I joined this wonderful group of ladies and can't wait to attend another event.

Project 365: Day 90

Lil Wel's new haircut. I hate it. He loves it. Sunday is the graduation ceremony so I gave Darius 20 dollars this morning and told him to get his hair cut and his brother's hair cut. Simply because I plan on taking lots of pictures on Sunday. This is what I come home to after work. Argh! So terrible but he thinks it's awesome! I guess I'll just smile and make sure not to take any pics of the back of Lil Wel's head. lol.

Project 365: Day 89

Me, this morning, before work. I had a good hair day and a good makeup day. Booyah! How rare is that? Had to take a pic and love how it turned out. Darius took several others of me this morning so I can use them on my All About Me layouts. This one I took myself.

Project 365: Day 88

Marian and I went to Cato's after work so I could spend my birthday gift card. Look at the shooes that I bought!! Freakin' giraffe print!! Seriously fell in love with them. Was gonna wear them to work tomorrow but I wanna get my pedi first. Show the shoes off better. LOL!

The practice graduation is today. Darius wasn't thrilled about it but I was able to get a picture anyway. Although he refused to tie his tie first. LOL.

After going swimming with his brother and Reuben, Lil Wel started designing his first video game. Well, I guess it's a flash game actually. He found a website that walks you through the steps and he's so excited. So here he is trying to explain to me what he's doing. Too cute, right?

Lil Wel gave me this American Idol Desk Buddy. You turn her on, raise her microphone to her mouth and she starts playing music. Just love her purple afro.

Darius' Graduation Invitations! They've arrived. Have to get them in the mail as soon as possible since he graduates in 10 days. We got the cap and gown too. I have to admit I almost cried when he tried them on. My baby is truly grown up. It's gonna be hard to see him go off to college.

Ugh! Dirty dishes stacked in the sink. Yuck! The bane of our household. Fights break out over whose turn it is to clean them. I turn into a screaming shrew during my attemps to referree. All I want is for them to be cleaned and put away. I don't really care who does them. Arrgggh!

Darius is gonna sleep on the sofa. Lil Wel's asleep on the love seat. Apparently, it's much cooler in the living room than in their room. Don't understand it. The AC's on but my room is like an icebox while theirs is just a little better than tolerable. So, the living room it is for my boys. For now anyway. :)

Sam Moon had it's grand opening in Fort Worth yesterday. Marian and I went during our lunch break and it was crazy! People were everywhere. I had a blast though. I could literally spend hours there but unfortunately we had to go back to work. I did manage to purchase a new wallet, peace sign earrings, a necklace and earring set and a tie for Darius to wear to graduation. So, when I was unpacking my bag tonight and putting things away I thought why not take a pic of my new purchases. So, here they are. :)
